The Chinese Recreation Club Hong Kong (CRCHK) respects the privacy rights of its members.

In compliance with the 2012 amendments to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, we would like to explain to our members how we collect and use their personal information.

We will use our members’ personal information to provide them with information, announcements, promotional communications, classes, and promotions related to the CRCHK, as well as conduct surveys, recruit volunteers, and provide service information related to the club.

We will only use our members’ personal information (such as name, telephone number, fax number, email address, and mailing address) for the above purposes. All personal information collected from our members will not be sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties.

If members do not wish for us to use their personal information for the above purposes, please inform us at any time, and we will arrange to stop using their personal information for distributing information from the club.

Members can choose to opt out of receiving information from the club or request to access and correct their personal information. If needed, please email karenfong@crchk.com or send a letter to the Member Servicing Department at 123 Tung Lo Wan Rd, Chinese Recreation Club Hong Kong.
