Facilities

• Members can make reservations online, in person, or by phone at the reservation office from now until 8 days in advance (for example, on 1st January, a venue can be reserved for any day up to 9th January).​
• Each membership can only be booked for 1 hour per day. Only one membership number can be used for each phone reservation, but reservations can be made for different days.
  Examples: Members #8888A, #8888B are calculated under #8888 member’s account. For instance, if #8888A has booked a venue for 1st April from 09:00-10:00 venue, neither #8888 nor #8888B can book another location during that same time slot.
• The Sports and Recreation Department reserves the right to suspend the use of the facility for other clubhouse activities at any time.
• If a member cancels their reservation at least 24 hours before the reserved time, the Club will not charge a fee.​
• If a booking is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, the member will be required to pay the full fee for that period.​
• If you do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance and fail to show up, you will be charged a “no-show penalty fee”. The “no-show penalty fee” is equivalent to the rental fee for that period.​
• If the member who has booked the facility does not show up within 15 minutes of the start of the booking period, the member will be deemed to be absent and will be required to pay a “no-show penalty fee”. Members who use the venue on-site (“standby arrangement”) may continue to use the venue until the end of the booking period and will be required to pay the full rental fee of the venue for that period. ​
• If the member who has booked the facility does not show up within 15 minutes of the start of the booking period, the member will be deemed to be absent and will be required to pay a “no-show penalty fee”. Members who use the venue on-site (“standby arrangement”) may continue to use the venue until the end of the booking period and will be required to pay the full rental fee of the venue for that period.​
• If a membership has two no-shows for the same facility within a 30-day period, the eligibility to book that facility will be suspended for 30 days, starting from the day following the second absence.
  Example: If member #8888A and #8888B are linked to #8888 member’s account, their absences are calculated together. For instance, if #8888B is absent for a booking on 1st March from 09:00–10:00, and #8888 is absent for the same facility on 30th March from 19:00–20:00, the booking eligibility for the entire #8888 membership (including #8888, #8888A, and #8888B) will be suspended for that specific facility from 31st March to 29th April. The membership will only be able to book the facility again from 30th April.
• Those who book the venue must register and sign the form in person at the facility and be present during the reserved time slot.
• Members are not allowed to use their own membership to book a venue and then transfer it to others.​
• Guests must be accompanied by members to use the clubhouse facilities (including all recreational, sports and dining facilities), and the accompanying members must sign and settle the bill immediately to protect the rights and interests of all members.

*One member can bring up to 3 guests at the same time to use the venue.

*Monday to Friday (except public holidays): 18:00-23:00 Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: 18:00-23:00$80/person/session (racket fee).

*Arrangement for Use by Members (Ordinary Cardholders) and Family Members
Courts 1, 2, 7 and 8 are designated for exclusive use by Members (Ordinary Cardholders)*. Family members are not allowed to use these courts during the following periods:- Peak Hours
Monday to Friday (except public holidays): 16:00–18:00 Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays: 09:00–12:00; 16:00–18:00

If there are available time slots for the above courts, or with prior approval from CRCHK, the Booking Counter may arrange for family members to use the courts.

Each session is defined as:
Singles: 30 minutes per session
Doubles: 1 hour per session

** Outdoor tennis courts are not available for guest use during peak hours.
