Facilities

1. Members can make reservations online, in person or by phone at the reservation office from now until 9 days (e.g. 1 January can be reserved for 9 January).
2. Each membership can only be booked for 1 hour per day, and only one membership number can be used for each phone reservation, but reservations can be made for different days.
   Examples: #8888A, #8888B will calculate to #8888 member’s account, such as #8888A booked 1^st April 09:00-10:00 venue, #8888, #8888Bcannot continue to book others place in same time.
3. The Leisure and Sports Division reserves the right to suspend the use of the facility for other clubhouse activities at any time.
4. If a member cancels the reservation 24 hours before the reservation time, the club will not charge a fee.
5. If cancelled within 24 hours, the member will be required to pay the full rent for that period.
6. If you do not cancel and show up within 24 hours, you will be charged a “no show penalty fee”. The “no show penalty fee” is the rental fee for that period.
7. If the Member who has booked the facility does not show up after 15 minutes after the start of the booking period, the member will be deemed to be absent and will be required to pay a “no show penalty fee”; Members who use the venue on-site (“Chicken Picking”) may continue to use the venue until the end of the booking period and will be required to pay the full rent of the venue for that period.
8. If the Member who has booked the Facility shows up 15 minutes after the start of the Booking Period and before the end of the Booking Period, and the Booking Facility is not used by other Members, the Member who has booked the Facility only needs to register in person at the Reservation Office to use the venue until the end of the Booking Period. However, the member who made the reservation will still be deemed to be no-show and will be required to pay a “no show penalty fee” and the full rent of the booking period.
9. If a Membership has two no-shows for the same facility within a 30-day period, his/her eligibility to book the facility will be suspended for a period of 30 days from the day following the date of the second absence.

e.g.：#8888A、#8888B will calculate to #8888 member’s account，e.g. #8888Bin 1^st March 09:00-10:00 absented using a certain facility, #8888on March 30th19:00-20:00 absented using the same facility，from March 31 to April 29, #8888 Membership（included #8888、#8888A and #8888B）Reservations for this facility are not possible. The membership will only be able to rebook the facility from 30 April.

–  Those who book the stadium must register and sign the form in person at the stadium and be present during the reserved time slot.

1. Members are not allowed to use their own membership to book a venue and then transfer it to others.
2. Guests must be accompanied by members to use the clubhouse facilities (including all recreation, sports and dining facilities), and the accompanying members will sign and deposit the bill immediately to protect the rights and interests of all members.
